Submission Guidelines:


1. Abstract Submission: Authors should submit an extended abstract (around 300-​500 words) outlining their proposed paper. The abstract must include the paper's ​title, author's name(s), affiliation, contact information, and a brief bio.


2. Paper Format: Following the acceptance of abstracts, authors will be ​requested to submit their full papers in accordance with the conference ​guidelines. The word limit for the full paper should be between 5,000 and 8,000 ​words, excluding references. A selection of papers presented at the conference ​will be curated and published in an edited volume. Deadline for full paper ​submission is January 8.


3. Language: The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts, ​papers, and presentations should be in English.


4. Submission Process: Abstracts and papers should be submitted electronically ​to DIANA.OBEID@CNU.EDU.

Please adhere to the specified submission deadlines.



There will be an Opening Reception on February 7. Please be sure to RSVP ​when filling out your registration.



A Keynote dinner on February 8 @ 6:00 p.m. (included in the registration ​FEE). ATTENDEES MUST RSVP BY JANUARY 8.

REGISTRATION FEES:

Professional/Faculty/Independent Scholar or Artist $200

Graduate Student/CNU Faculty/NON-PRESENTING Attendee $125

Undergraduate Student $65

Registration fee typically includes an opening reception, dinner, ​breakfast, and one additional RSVP lunch option. The fee also includes ​shuttle transportation to/from the conference hotel.
